Processing Times
Because many of our products are custom and made to order, please allow 5–14 business days for production before your order ships. We always strive to complete and ship sooner when possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Expedited shipping: available at checkout when offered
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped that contains your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Southern Edge Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you need help with the claim process, contact us at southernedgecreationstx@gmail.com.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
