How long will my order take?
Because many of our products are custom and made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. We always do our best to complete orders sooner when possible.

Do you accept returns?
Personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. Non-personalized items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase. See our Return Policy for details.

Can I request a custom design or logo?
Yes! Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Please contact us through our Custom Orders page or email us at southernedgecreationstx@gmail.com with details about your request.

What materials do you use?
We work with high-quality wood, durable finishes, and professional engraving equipment. Each piece is made to last and crafted in our family workshop in Odessa, Texas.

Do you ship outside of Texas?
Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact us immediately. Save the packaging and item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I care for my cutting board?
Hand wash only with mild soap and water, then dry immediately. Do not put wood cutting boards in the dishwasher. To keep the board looking its best, condition it regularly with food-safe mineral oil or board butter. Take a look at our own board butter!
